Mountain roots. A family name. A craft built over generations.

Showtime began in 1986 as a specialty coach and custom-vehicle business and grew into the collision repair facility mountain drivers know today.

From custom coaches to collision repair.

Third-generation automotive craftsman Mark Makeig and his wife Lisa, together with Gilbert Nava and their parents Armando and Martha Nava, established Showtime Custom Coach, Inc. in October 1986.

Early work included limousine manufacturing, specialty vehicle construction, automotive furnishings, and vehicle armoring. Over time, the company’s craftsmanship and problem-solving evolved into complex collision repair for the San Bernardino mountain communities and surrounding Inland Empire.

Today, the next generation continues that family operation with a focus on technical training, modern repair capability, customer communication, and work that the team is willing to stand behind.

A two-acre modern collision complex

Showtime serves the mountain communities with trained people, updated systems, and a lifetime guarantee on qualifying repairs.

Craftsmanship is a system, not a slogan.

It shows up in the procedures researched, the repair plan documented, the equipment maintained, the questions answered, and the final details checked.

Safety before shortcuts

The repair plan should support the vehicle, the people inside it, and the conditions in which it will be driven.

Communication before confusion

Customers deserve to understand what is known, what is still being investigated, and what happens next.

Finish worthy of the name

Panel fit, paint match, body lines, cleanliness, and final presentation are part of the repair, not an afterthought.

Training for modern vehicles

Vehicle technology keeps changing, so tools, information, procedures, and technician education must keep moving too.

Built to be the shop mountain drivers can return to.

Showtime’s reputation comes from thousands of individual repair experiences, each one involving a customer who needs clear answers and a vehicle they can trust again.

That long view is why the facility, training, equipment, and customer experience continue to evolve.
