OEM Certified Specialist

"Why Should OEM Certification Matter to Me?"

Our team at Showtime Collision, here in Running Springs, CA has worked diligently to obtain multiple manufacturer (aka "OEM") certifications. These certifications are becoming increasingly important as they are the future of safe, quality collision repairs and the automotive insurance industry. While not all auto manufacturers currently have certified collision programs, most have developed ones that require repair facilities to undergo rigorous facility + equipment inspections, training, and vetting processes in order to be deemed qualified to deliver OEM-approved repairs and service. Maintaining OEM Certifications is one more assurance that our company is dedicated to keeping you and your family safe by utilizing OEM repair procedures and notifying you if, for any reason, there is a discrepancy between those guidelines and what your insurance company approves (if involved).

Currently, our facility is OEM Certified for the following manufacturers/makes: Subaru, Ford, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai, Kia, Fiat, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram.

While we are proud of obtaining these specific manufacturer certifications and achievements, our facility is just as qualified to deliver the same OEM-caliber repairs on most other makes and models including but not limited to: Toyota, Lexus, Volkswagen, GM, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, Mini, Volvo, BMW, Mitsubishi, Lexus, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda.

Benefits of Working With an OEM Certified Facility

  • Safety: As an OEM certified facility, we strongly support the Manufacturers’ suggested use of only new, OEM parts in your repairs. While most insurance companies approve the use of aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts, our estimating team will inform you of which parts may be alternatively sourced in your specific repair plan and what your options as the consumer are.
  • Education: Throughout the repair process, our team will keep you updated about your claim and repair status, any changes to your repair plan, and any discrepancies that may occur between your insurance company and manufacturer repair procedures. Our goal is to ensure you are well-informed, educated, and involved every step of the way as we restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.
  • Peace of Mind: As a certified collision center, our facility is annually inspected, trained, and re-certified to ensure our team of professionals is current on the latest industry standards, OEM repair practices, and new vehicle technologies required to perform safe, quality, and lasting repairs.
